Our cabins are situated just ¼ mile from the east arm of Grand Traverse Bay (Lake Michigan); the newly renovated Bayside Park is perfect for a day at the beach. Or head over to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (pictured) for an unforgettable experience.
From your cabin, enjoy direct access to the Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) with a beautiful bridge over the Acme Creek connecting the KOTI property. The TART provides non-motorized access (bike/walk/etc.) to downtown Traverse City and beyond to the Village of Sutton’s Bay.
Consider these other popular attractions close to KOTI: Lake Michigan (1/4 mile), wineries (40+), golf courses (50+), ski resorts (3.6 miles), fall color tours, hiking & biking trails, and more!
“Great location for a last minute Labor Day weekend getaway! Visited Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse, Charlevoix, Mission Peninsula, wineries and breweries. As a cyclist, easy access to TART Trail via the Acme connector allowed me to get some safe beautiful cycles in. For those who love the water- there are so many beaches to enjoy!”
