Pricing starts at $18,500 to host a wedding weekend at KOTI. This includes all 21 cabins (up to 72 guests) for two nights and full use of the property.

Typically guests of your wedding that stay at KOTI pay for their own cabin. This significantly reduces the “venue cost” mentioned in the previous FAQ for the host family. There is significant flexibility here, and details on how this can change will be explained in further detail during the first meeting.
Example 1 (most popular):
Guest’s cost for two nights: 2 bedroom cabin— $750; 3 bedroom cabin—$1,050;
(cost/bedroom/night for your guests would be approximately $182, which is often times more economical than most local hotel rooms)
Venue cost (after cabins are reserved): $5,450
Total: $18,500

At this time we do not require a wedding planner, but it is highly recommended.

There is an initial, non-refundable 25% payment. A second payment, due sixty (60) days prior to your event, consists of your balance and refundable security deposit.

While you will have exclusive use of the property, your rental affords access at the following times:
- Friday (1:00 pm - 5:00pm): includes time for a two-hour ceremony rehearsal
- Saturday (10:00am - 11:00pm)
Adjustments to these times are possible after discussion.

We love hosting wedding parties and understand that sometimes the ceremony or reception will occur at another beautiful northern Michigan property. That being said, our cabins still make for a great spot for everyone to gather and stay before and after the main events.
Whether you are seeking an intimate stay for just the bride and groom, accommodations for the bridal party and immediate family, or wish to reserve all our cabins for your entire party, we offer more flexible booking options.
