We would love to hear a little bit about you!: Celebrating our wedding anniversary from Rockford, MI. We stay in the TC area annually, typically downtown, so we can walk to shops, restaurants, etc. This year, we desired a quiet place to rest and relax with more space than a hotel room. We enjoyed morning devotions, coffee, tea, wine, reading, goal setting, cooking our own meals, walking on the TART trail, and sleeping. A great and peaceful getaway!

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: We are from Omaha, NE and came up to MI for a short getaway! We chose KOTI because we wanted to stay somewhere peaceful where we would be able to relax and have the peace and quiet we needed :)

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: Visiting from Roanoke, Virginia for a conference at GT Resort and our first time in Traverse City. The cabin was a great place to stay while working remotely, as well as an easy drive to downtown and the wineries. Highly recommend The Burrow for dinner.

One of the best Airbnb stays we've had with a beautiful setting and thoughtful design.

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: We are a family of three from Indianapolis, Indiana. We enjoyed the stay. It is beautiful place, beautiful deck and surroundings. Very peaceful.
We explored Traverse city. The Flying Noodle was a favorite place for lunch. The Espresso Bay is a great place to have a cup of coffee or tea.
Beautiful scenery and beautiful place to stay.

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: Our family of 4, from Kentucky, enjoyed our first trip to the area! We loved hiking Sleeping Bear Dunes. Lake Michigan is gorgeous. We visited 4 lighthouses and found Petoskey and Charlevoix stones on the beaches. Restaurants, breweries, and wineries we loved:
- Suttons Bay Cidery- the views, fire pit, smores, the owners, and the ciders: Barrel Rider and I Spy Ginger
- Tandem Ciders- peaceful, welcoming, the cheese plate with homemade pepper jelly, and the ciders: Starwberry Jam and Clear Conscience
-Cherry Republic in Glen Arbor
-Stormcloud Brewing Company in Frankfort
-Moomers Ice Cream
-Crepes and Co. inside Middle Coast Brewing- gluten free crepes
-Third Coast Bakery- gluten free
Finally, KOTI, thank you for peace, comfort, ease, and a very clean stay.

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: We came up from Holland, Mi for a few days to explore Traverse City. We were thrilled to be able to bring our golden retriever with us - this was a huge consideration when making our reservations. We often have to leave him when we travel, so having him with us was so great! We loved staying here! The surroundings are peaceful and tucked away, but the location to Traverse City and surrounding attractions is ideal. We will definitely be back!

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: Traveled up here for the first time from the Ann Arbor area with my wife and our 4 week old newborn.. the luxury cabin experience at KOTI was amazing. The location was great, not too far from TC. The amenities and space was amazing as well.. Very clean, comfortable and organized, will definitely recommend and we’ll be back in the near future!

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: Our family is from Macomb, Michigan. We had five people and wanted something more personal than two hotel rooms. This property was AMAZING! It accommodated our family and was super clean. Our adult kids had their own place to hang out, but we could all still be together. We stayed in home #10. We will definitely be back!

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: We are from central Illinois and use summer vacation trips to get our adult kids back together with us. Accommodations with 3 queen+ beds are not always easy to find! We love the outdoors, so Michigan is our favorite place to say. Koti was amazing for feeling like we were remote, yet still being in the center of all the activities we wanted to participate in. Would definitely recommend to friends!

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: We absolutely loved it! Easy access to the trail. Serene and peaceful! After the hustle and bustle of Memorial Weekend we were so excited to get back to Koti15 to enjoy the fresh air and the serenity!

We would love to hear a little bit about you!: Me, my fiance and our one year old son stayed at KOTI for a seminar that was held at the GT Resort. We knew we wanted a place more comfortable than a hotel since we were traveling with an infant. KOTI was absolutely everything we needed and more! Simple and modern, comfortable and cool. We loved the location and will definitely look to stay here again.
