WiFi & TV Instructions:

Your cabin is equipped with high speed fiber optic WiFi and a 55” smart TV for streaming.

The WiFi password will be provided via email or via the software that you made your reservation (AirBNB, VRBO, etc.). If you are having trouble locating your password or it’s not working, please reach out for assistance.

There is not cable television hooked up to the TV but Roku and other services provide a significant amount of free content. You will have to log-in to your personal streaming services for access to additional non-Roku content. If you put the correct checkout date when you first turned on your TV, you will automatically be logged out at the end of your stay. A cat 6 connection is also available for direct hook-up and is located on the wall near the sliding glass door.

Troubleshooting your TV:

If for some reason the TV is not working correctly at any point during your stay, the asterisk/star button on the remote will allow you to access the menu features of the TV. Typically, reconnecting to the network will solve most issues that might arise. Also, unplugging and replugging the TV back in resolves most issues. The most common issue is when the TV is attempting to update but was somehow disconnected from the network. If this happens, try to reconnect to the network, allow the TV to finish the updates, and it should work.
