Q: What are the KOTI office hours?

A: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (EST). Federal holidays are also observed. For non-emergency situations outside of these hours, and to keep the family unit strong, please consider waiting till the next business day for simple inquiries.

Q: Who do I call in case of an emergency (both after hours and during the week)?

A: For a true emergency, call 911. For facility emergencies call the KOTI phone number at: 231-384-1186. Please leave a voicemail and call multiple times if someone doesn’t pick up the first time.

Q: Do you provide laundry detergent?

A: No, sorry but KOTI does not provide laundry detergent for our guests. The Meijer 1.1 miles East of KOTI is the easiest place to purchase laundry detergent.

Q: Can I ship packages directly to my cabin?

A: Yes! Check out the KOTI map HERE for the specific shipping address associated with your cabin. UPS, USPS, and FedEx all know to deliver it right to your door. If you deliver it to the KOTI office there may be a delay in delivery.

Q: Can I request new linens, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.?

A: We re-stock essentials such as towels, toilet paper, & trash bags prior to arrival and when a guest requests a mid-stay cleaning. Because some guests stay for two nights, while others stay for 45+ nights, it is impractical to stock for all scenarios. Thank you for your understanding.

For pricing of mid-stay cleanings: 2BR - $150; 3BR - $200 (please submit inquiry through cleaning/service link in the guest portal).

Q: Do you provide cable television?

A: No, sorry only streaming services provided through the Roku TV. That being said, there is quite a bit of free content and live television options through Roku. Additionally, guests can log in to their personal accounts, such as Netflix, Apple TV+, Peacock, etc. to stream other shows/movies. If the correct date for checkout is selected when you first turn on your television, you will automatically be logged out of all applications that you used. Easy day!
